Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Cloud 9 Dough Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is available, customers will receive pickup instructions once their order is ready.

Due to the nature of our products
For health and safety reasons, sensory dough, sensory materials, and opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if processing has not yet begun.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued at the discretion of Cloud 9 Dough Co. and are generally limited to:

- Defective items
